Service or connection issues show that the QuickBooks cannot communicate properly with the QuickBooks servers or services. You may also see different error codes popping up on your screen, such as QuickBooks error 503. In order to resolve these server errors quickly, you should follow the below steps.
Solution 1: Verify Your Internet Connection Settings
Issues with your internet connection might be affecting your ability to update QuickBooks.
Test Your Connection:
Open a web browser and try accessing the Chase banking website.
If the Chase page doesn’t load, you won’t be able to receive QuickBooks updates.
If you can access the Chase website, proceed with the following steps in QuickBooks Desktop:
Adjust Internet Connection Settings in QuickBooks:
Go to the Help menu.
Select Internet Connection Setup.
Choose Use my computer's Internet connection settings to establish a connection when this application accesses the Internet.
Click Next.
Select Advanced Connection Settings.
Access the Advanced tab.
Click Restore Advanced Settings.
Click Ok.
Then Done.
Try updating QuickBooks Desktop again.
Additional Notes:
Download accelerators might disrupt the update process. Disable these tools before downloading updates. For more details, consult your ISP.

Right-click on Inbound Rules.
Select New Rule.
Choose a Program.
Click Next.
Select This Program Path.
Now, click Browse.
